Visa
- 1. Visitors can apply for visa at this Embassy every working day (Monday - Friday) from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.
- 2. Normally it takes one working day for processing of visa.
- 3. Visa can also be obtained at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and other overland entry points on arrival in Nepal.
- 4. All foreigners except Indian nationals must obtain visa to visit Nepal.
- 5. Nationals of SAARC countries and children below 10 years of age can obtain visa free of charge.
Required Documents:
- - Original passport with at least 6 months' validity.
- - One recent photograph.
- - One visa form duly filled (Visa Application Form : see here below).
- - In case of diplomatic/Official Passports, note verbale or letter for from concerned institutions.
