Attestation
The Embassy attests the seals and signatures of the concerned authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials) of
the Governments of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg in documents concerning consular and other matters on the basis
of specimen details provided by them.
Regarding documents issued by Nepalese government offices/local government bodies, they have to be duly translated in
English by Law Books Management Board or registered Notary Publics of Nepal and attested by the Consular Section, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Nepal. The embassy can attest only the seals and signatures of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Required Documents:
The attested documents in Original and their copies.
Travel Document
A Nepali national who has lost his/her passport and does not have citizenship certificate in original to apply for a new one
immediately, can apply for a Travel Document valid for a single journey from BENELUX countries and countries en-route to Nepal.
Required Documents:
- An application.
- Nepali Citizenship/Copies of passport or citizenship certificate.
- Four recent photographs.
- Two duly filled passport forms.
Power of Attorney
The concerned must come to the embassy in person.
Required Documents:
- A joint application from both parties.
- Power of Attorney prepared in a prescribed legal format.
- Other relevant documents (Property ownership certificate/Nepali citizenship).
- Photographs of both parties.
Translation of Nepali Driving Licence into French
Required Documents:
- Nepali Driving Licence in Original.
- A copy of the same.
- A copy of Nepalese Passport.
